Shipping: We pack all animals to the highest standards with oversized boxes alongside both phase and heat/ cooling packs if weather calls for it, animal health first!

Weather and shipping delays dictate schedule a shipment as health and safety of the animal will always be the number 1 priority.

I intend to make every purchase easy and fair to all parties involved.

Deposits are non-refundable if Buyer backs out of a deal. Any amount paid by Buyer that is defined as a "deposit" in the ongoing transaction is considered a non-refundable deposit. There are exceptions to this rule on a case-by-case basis as we understand life happens, however we will not have efforts wasted unnecessarily.

Payment plans are welcomed with 25% down and payments made on agreed day every 7 days. Should payment be missed the deposit will be rolled to a future purchase or forfeit if no effort is made by the buyer to make weekly payments.

Live Arrival Garuntee is only in place for Hub pickup shipments. You must be available to pickup the animal within 2 hours of it being available by the carrier. You must notify us of any shipping issues immediately. Should an animal parish during transit, we will replace the animal with one of like size and/or value. No refunds unless approved by management.

Dry good shipments are direct shipped from our warehouse in TX and typically ship FedEx Ground. No warranties implied without express consent from management.
